Project Manager Requirements
We are looking for a proactive professional who enjoys working with people as much as managing projects. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and keep multiple initiatives moving forward.
What we expect from you
- Experience in IT project management, digital agency management, or software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate remote and international teams effectively
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset, accountability, and a client-oriented approach
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage
